This policy explains what personal data RIVO Solutions receives through this website and how we use it. We collect as little as we can, and we never sell personal data.
Who we are

Project briefs, email and WhatsApp
When you send the project brief form, the details you typed are emailed to our inbox. The website does not keep a copy. Delivery may pass through an email service provider acting on our behalf.
If you choose Send on WhatsApp instead, your browser builds a WhatsApp message from the form and opens WhatsApp. We only receive those details if you press send there.
Messages and calls reach us through WhatsApp or the phone network. WhatsApp is operated by Meta, and its own privacy policy applies to how it carries your messages.
We use the details you send (such as your name, company, phone number, email and project information) only to reply, prepare proposals and deliver any work you ask us to do.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to count page visits, measure page speed and see which pages lead to enquiries. They do not use cookies and do not identify individual visitors.
With your permission, we also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure visits across sessions. It only loads if you choose Accept in the cookie banner.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel. Like any web server, it processes technical data such as IP addresses and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. Vercel may process this data outside the UAE.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and, if we work together, for the length of the project and any period the law requires afterwards. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete
- delete your data
- stop using your data for a particular purpose
